RUNNING GUI APPS IN COINTAINER OF DOCKER

In this figure we can observe that that the first command we used xhost +local:* which gives the extra permission to local host so, there the connections were added to access control list

Then we ran a docker container in which we have to set up an extra environmental variable that is to DISPLAY, then we have to mount your X.11 server to container X.11 that is called as DISPLAY server.

After running a new container we can install GUI Apps like firefox , Gedit etc. In this case we have installed firefox in container as shown in fig 3

After the installation of firefox in our conatiner we can make use of that firefox as shown as fig4

By this method we can run GUI Apps in conatiner.
